HPCA and PCA to Non-Ministerial Employees working in Railway Hospitals

Grant of Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA) & Patient Care Allowance (PCA) to Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ (non-ministerial) Railway Employees working in Railway Hospitals & Health Units/Clinics.

NFIR writes to the Secretary (E) of Railway Board on 19th September, 2018 regarding the Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA) & Patient Care Allowance (PCA) to Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ Non-Ministerial Employees working in Railway Hospitals and Health Units/Clinics.

“With reference to Railway Boarad’s letter No.E(P&A)II/2018/Misc./4 dated 13/09.2018 (last sentence of the letter), NFIR requests the Railway Board to kindly make available a copy of the recommendations of the Committee to facilitate the Federation to look into the same for the purpose of giving appropriate suggestions.
